Chef Chris Robertson brings more than 22 years of culinary experience, including a decade in New York City kitchens and ten years with Portland’s Southpark Seafood. His cooking is ingredient-driven and technically precise, with a deep respect for seasonality and the flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
