I’m Sheena Nash, founder of Clink!, floral designer, and owner of Beyond the Bloom Farm & Floral. Clink! was born from my passion for hospitality, thoughtful design, and the art of gathering. With French-American influence, the space is intentionally elegant yet welcoming and designed to feel transportive without pretense.
While Clink! is proudly women-mission-focused, it is a space for everyone. My intention is to create an environment where guests feel supported, celebrated, and can come together for beautifully crafted cocktails, meaningful conversation, and moments...both everyday and extraordinary worth clinking to.
I'm Vanessa, I’ve worked in hospitality for over a decade. I’m a proud mom of two and originally from Sonoma County, where my love for hospitality began at a young age. Being in this industry has always felt like second nature to me. It’s fast-paced, full of heart, and deeply rooted in community, which is exactly what I love about working at Clink!
Every day, I strive to lead with warmth, integrity, and a sense of fun! whether I’m working alongside our incredible staff or making sure your experience as a guest is something to remember.
I’m Brittni, I’ve been a professional chef in the Portland area for the last 10 years. I’m originally from Fresno California where some of my earliest memories of cooking happened with my grandma at her restaurant. I’ve worked in the bay area in California before coming to Portland in 2015. In 2021, I came out to Salem to be part of the opening team at The Cozy Taberna as their Executive Chef. After Cozy, I spent the last years back in Portland working at some notable restaurants (Kann and Sesame Collective group to name a couple).
I’m excited to be such a big part of Clink and to bring something really special to Salem again.
I’m Michael, and I bring over 20 years of cooking experience from New England and the Pacific Northwest. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Chef Brittni for several years, building a strong creative partnership that inspires every dish we create together.
At Clink!, I’m proud to share meaningful food with the Salem community while honoring my French heritage and celebrating the best of our local, seasonal ingredients.
I’m Amber, originally from California and now a Portland resident for the past nine years. With 12 years in the restaurant industry, I’ve spent the last five focusing on tasting-menu style dining, including roles as Sous Chef at Quaintrelle and República. Outside the kitchen, I love creating art on canvas, and cooking has always been another way for me to bring my creativity to life — turning ideas into dishes that feel truly special.
I’m so excited to share this creative space with my fellow chefs and the incredible team here at Clink!.
